Twins Home Opener!
I know this has been the weirdest year, so to have some sort of normalcy back is always welcomed.
That bit of normalcy that I’m excited about today? The Twins home opener! I know it’s tough to get excited about a home opener in which there won’t be any fans, but this game always brings back so many memories for me. I’ve been attending Twins’ home openers for the past 18yrs and this year would have been my 19th!
As rundown and crappy the Metrodome was, that stadium held a lot of memories for me. Target Field on the other hand is anything but rundown and crappy. With lots of different food/drink options and no bad seat in the house it’s tough to find a better spot to be on a summer night.
