Does Alcohol Kill Your Gains?

 

First of all, I’m sure all of my Spartan blog readers never drink right J however a question that even I asked is does drinking alcohol kill your gains, and if so, can I still drink?  Knowing all of the negative attributes that come with drinking like impaired motor functions, damage to certain organs, shrinking of the brain after prolonged use and of course that dreaded hangover; alcohol is still apart of our societal norms.
